Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with executive team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Manage accounting staff and provide mentorship for professional development
- Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
