Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes for 15+ entities
- Lead GAAP compliance and internal audit initiatives
- Develop financial models for M&A activities and capital allocation
- Manage treasury operations and banking relationships
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Present financial insights to Board of Directors
- Implement ERP system optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- CPA license required with 8+ years corporate accounting experience
- Proven track record in multi-entity financial reporting
- Expertise in SEC reporting and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Hyperion systems
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics sector
- Demonstrated leadership managing accounting teams
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
