Responsibilities
- Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes and financial reporting
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and financial controls
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Develop and implement financial policies/procedures
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
- Mentor finance team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years corporate accounting experience
- 5+ years in controller/finance leadership role
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
