Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and audit coordination
- Develop and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and support executive decision-making
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and risk management initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare board-level financial presentations and annual budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in corporate leadership
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and internal controls
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate finance environment
- Immediate availability to start within 1-2 weeks
