Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage SOX compliance and internal audit initiatives
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting for 15+ business units
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor a team of 5 financial analysts
- Drive process optimization through automation and technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ years in leadership
- SOX compliance and Big Four audit experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and technical accounting skills
- Night shift availability and adaptability to global time zones
- Proven track record in financial process improvement
