Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound communications from VIP clients via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with precision and professionalism while maintaining SLA compliance
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Contribute to weekend shift coverage schedules and ensure seamless handoffs
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate client information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate customer service experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar enterprise CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Associates degree in Business or related field preferred
