Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Prepare executive presentations highlighting key financial insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Mentor junior analysts through training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate finance or accounting experience in a mid-to-large organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
