Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for 15+ corporate entities
- Manage relationship with external auditors and tax authorities
- Drive process optimization initiatives using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor finance team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
