- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Lead annual budgeting processes and financial forecasting for multiple departments
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure SOX compliance
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow operations
- Coordinate audits and implement internal control improvements
- Mentor finance team members and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 7+ years corporate finance experience with 3+ years in management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated success in budgeting for multi-location operations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience in agricultural or manufacturing industry highly valued
