- Lead comprehensive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop strategic financial models to support business growth initiatives and investment decisions
- Manage month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI)
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with proven track record in financial planning
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and leadership
