- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage risk assessment protocols and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Oversee capital expenditure planning and treasury operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A activities and strategic initiatives
- Mentor finance professionals and optimize department workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CMA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in corporate leadership
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and capital management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and complex financial operations
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Active CPA or CMA certification required
