Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting/forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Manage month-end closing processes and ensure accurate reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- CPA certification or equivalent designation required
