Responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for capital allocation and investment decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Present financial reports to the CFO and Board of Directors
- Mentor junior finance professionals and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CMA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or Big 4 accounting
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams
- CPA license required
