Responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for $500M+ revenue portfolio
- Develop financial models and KPI dashboards for executive decision support
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Manage cross-functional teams and drive process optimization initiatives
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead M&A financial due diligence and integration planning
- Mentor finance professionals through performance development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in corporate finance, FP&A, or treasury management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience managing finance teams of 8+ professionals
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools
