Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years corporate finance experience in manufacturing/tech
- Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel/ERP systems
- Proven leadership managing finance teams of 5+
- SAP and Oracle financial software proficiency
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Active CPA license required
