Responsibilities
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage month-end closing procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for decision support
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead annual audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ in corporate finance leadership
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
