Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Develop financial models for investment analysis and risk assessment
- Mentor junior finance professionals and drive team development
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CMA certification required
