Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Manage month-end/year-end closing procedures and reporting
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor finance team members and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate finance experience with weekly payroll exposure
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- SOX compliance and financial reporting expertise
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Active CPA or CMA certification required
