Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes across corporate divisions
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Analyze financial performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Manage cash flow optimization and treasury operations
- Coordinate with department heads on financial planning and risk mitigation
- Present financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Implement process improvements in financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven experience with multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in Jacksonville or Florida corporate sector a plus
