Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accurate reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Manage financial reporting packages for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance financial controls and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and corporate financial regulations
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
