- Lead monthly/quarterly financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to C-suite
- Manage cross-functional financial reporting for stakeholders and investors
- Drive process improvements in FP&A workflows and financial controls
- Collaborate with M&A teams on due diligence and integration
- Mentor junior finance staff and develop department capabilities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate finance with 3+ years in management
- CPA or MBA with finance concentration required
- Expert proficiency in SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven experience in public company reporting (10-K/Q)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
