Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain annual operating budgets across 15+ departments
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for M&A opportunities and market expansions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Lead quarterly forecasting processes using SAP and Oracle systems
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- SAP and Oracle Financials implementation experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
