Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for corporate client engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Oracle Hyperion)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- CMA/CPA designation or actively pursuing certification
