Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and board materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Monitor key financial metrics and maintain dashboard reports
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of internship or academic finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and financial statements
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a growth mindset
