Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support budget forecasting and corporate decision-making
- Manage weekly payroll processing for 200+ employees using ADP systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Lead quarterly business reviews with executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP/Oracle systems
- Experience with weekly payroll processing and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CMA certification a plus
