Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor KPIs and financial performance
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through clear visualizations
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Support annual audits and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex data
- Experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CMA or CPA certification a plus
