Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive presentations highlighting key financial insights and trends
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Lead special projects to support strategic financial initiatives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate finance or financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex data to stakeholders
- Experience with weekly payroll processing and financial reporting cycles
- Certification (CPA, CMA) highly desirable
