Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor departmental spending against projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement recommendations
- Present findings to senior management through clear visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (2023-2024 graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internship
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred
