Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive insights
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
