Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide strategic business decisions
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare executive dashboards for stakeholder presentations
- Lead budgeting processes across multiple departments and business units
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance departmental financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience in a mid-to-large organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to executive leadership
- Certification (CPA, CMA) strongly preferred
