Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify variances
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Develop financial models for new market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
