Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or CPA designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
