Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze weekly financial statements, cash flow reports, and variance analyses
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and cost control
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through executive dashboards and presentations
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and capital expenditure reviews
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- CMA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Experience working with weekly payroll cycles preferred
