Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends and prepare monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and variance analyses
- Streamline financial reporting processes using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation modeling
- Present insights to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent presentation skills with PowerPoint/Tableau
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
