Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial performance
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) strongly preferred
- Experience with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
