Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
- Prepare executive-level presentations on financial performance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Lead special projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CPA or CFA certification a plus
