Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends requiring strategic intervention
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
