Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budget management
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to support strategic business decisions
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial partners
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ finance professionals
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in corporate leadership
- Expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of managing finance teams and complex projects
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate finance environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
