Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial optimization
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Expert proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance and audits
