Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning and analysis
- Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, and risk mitigation
- Lead a team of 5+ finance professionals with mentorship focus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in corporate finance systems (NetSuite/SAP preferred)
- Strong SOX compliance and internal control background
- Experience with multi-state operations and international transactions
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation ability
