Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Direct treasury operations and cash management strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in corporate controller role
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multinational reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial analysis tools
- Proven leadership in high-growth environments
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution sector preferred
