Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage financial reporting and compliance for corporate clients
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Develop and implement internal controls and risk management protocols
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior finance professionals and drive team development
- Optimize financial systems and reporting processes
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in corporate finance
- Experience with Big Four or equivalent public accounting
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in financial services or consulting industry
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
