Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end closes, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to support strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies
- Mentor and develop the finance team through performance management and training
- Optimize cash flow and financial processes for operational efficiency
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for board meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in corporate leadership
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Experience managing teams of 5+ finance professionals
- Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management
