Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Direct accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial planning
- Oversee external audits and regulatory compliance
- Mentor accounting staff and foster high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA/CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- 5+ years in leadership roles with team management experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
