Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarterly/year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage external audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
- Mentor finance team members and foster professional growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in tech or SaaS industry highly desirable
