Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for $500M+ portfolios
- Manage team of 5+ financial analysts and accountants
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Optimize cash flow and working capital strategies
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with Big 4 experience
- Expertise in multi-company consolidation and intercompany accounting
- Proven leadership managing financial teams of 5+
- Advanced Excel, SAP, and financial modeling skills
- SOX compliance and internal controls expertise
- Automotive or manufacturing industry background
