Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll operations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Supervise 5-member accounting department with performance reviews
- Coordinate annual audits with external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CMA preferred)
- 8+ years corporate accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- SOX compliance and GAAP expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in financial services or corporate environment
