Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Develop strategic financial models for executive decision-making and growth initiatives
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting and forecasting processes for 500+ employee organization
- Manage financial risk mitigation and internal control systems implementation
- Drive process optimization using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Present financial insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/MBA required
- 8+ years progressive corporate finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Strong expertise in GAAP compliance and SOX regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Proven track record in M&A integration and corporate restructuring
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries preferred
