- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control development
- Drive financial strategy for $500M+ healthcare portfolio
- Manage cross-departmental financial forecasting models
- Mentor 5-person finance team through performance development plans
- Present financial insights to executive committee and board members
- Optimize cash flow and treasury operations
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years corporate finance experience
- Healthcare or insurance industry background required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau)
- Proven track record leading SOX 404 compliance programs
- Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong change management experience during M&A activities
