Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting functions including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support $500M+ revenue operations
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives across 15+ business units
- Ensure SOX compliance and establish internal control frameworks
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow optimization and debt management
- Present financial insights to executive committee and board of directors
- Mentor finance team of 12 professionals through career development programs
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive corporate accounting experience
- Proven expertise in multi-entity consolidation and intercompany transactions
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed corporate environments
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements and GAAP standards
- Strategic thinker with executive presence and board presentation experience
- Big Four public accounting background preferred
